The Freshest Beans.
Grind your freshly-roasted Amora whole beans just before brewing for the absolute best-tasting coffee. Of course, we realize that this isn’t always possible, so the next best thing is to let us grind our freshly roasted beans for you.
There’s no need to get fancy. The minerals in your tap water are actually great for making coffee. You might consider adding an activated-charcoal/carbon filters to remove any excess chlorine or impurities from the tap. But never use softened or distilled water.
Coffee, Meet Filter.
Measure 1 tablespoon of Amora coffee for every 6 oz. of water (or in other words, for every cup you are making). Look for better quality filters that use oxygen-bleached or dioxin-free paper, or for even more flavor, invest in a non-disposable gold-plated filter. Just don’t grind your coffee too finely or it will get stuck in the mesh.
Just Shy Of Boiling.
If you are using a French press or any other manual dripper, heat water to 200°F. Or, simply bring to a boil and let it sit for 45 seconds. A good electric coffeemaker will automatically do this.
Get Ready To Do It Again.
Make sure any equipment you use is cleaned regularly to remove oily buildup, which will ensure that your Amora coffee continues to taste its freshest.
